Free shipping on every order

Every order ships free within the United States. We don't ship outside the US right now.

How long it takes

Orders are usually processed in 1–4 business days. After that, most orders arrive in about 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer around the holidays.

Ordering for Christmas?

We'll post a holiday order cutoff on the site in December. Orders placed after it may not arrive before Christmas.

Some orders ship in 2 packages

Cordless orders ship in 2 packages: the wrap and the power bank are sent separately and may arrive on different days. The mug warmer also ships on its own. You'll get tracking for each package.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as each package ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Wrong address or lost package

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help.
